Private Property Sales have been popular in the United States, Britain, and the rest of Europe for some time. Owners have found that with a little time and effort they can sell their property privately without the need for a real estate agent. Australia however has been slow to react to this method of selling property, however with the advent of the internet many private property sale web sites have popped up. Each of these sites is quite different form each other. Some offer a free listing until the property is sold, whilst others offer a paid listing either until the property is sold, or for a fixed period of time.
